To ensure a smooth transition, families should determine their preferred final arrangements for the cremated remains prior to the commencement of the cremation process. Standard crematorium protocols dictate that remains are typically available for collection the same afternoon for services completed before noon, while collections for afternoon cremations are scheduled for the following morning.

Inland Ash Scattering

Inland ash scattering, introduced by the National Environment Agency (NEA), allows next-of-kin to scatter cremated human ashes in designated lanes within two gardens: the Garden of Peace and the Garden of Serenity.

Families may choose to house their loved one’s cremated remains in an urn for permanent interment within a niche at a public or private columbarium of their choice.
